The ICOMOS International Scientific Committee on energy efficiency organised a one-day seminar on retrofit in Dublin, Ireland, where policy makers, designers and practitioners considered various aspects of refurbishment. An important outcome was that the Irish Heritage Council would fund the gathering of projects for best practice examples in Ireland and elsewhere. These can contribute to the case study database that Historic NZEB is compiling.
